With over 7 years of experience, I blend user research expertise with design leadership to build meaningful digital experiences that empower diverse audiences. In my current role at Humana, I execute trauma-informed research studies, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that cater to both business goals and user needs. My human-centered approach ensures inclusivity and cultural sensitivity are woven into design strategy, resulting in impactful experiences that resonate with real people.

From Insights to Impact

Prior to my focus on research and design strategy, I served as a product design leader at Humana, nurturing talent, building teams, and supporting successful product launches. This dual lens – understanding both research and design – allows me to translate user insights into compelling visual solutions. I work with stakeholders, ensuring user voices are heard and inform crucial design decisions.

Lifelong Learner

My journey began with a fascination for human behavior, leading me to a BA in psychology from the University of Maryland and later, a post-baccalaureate certificate in graphic design from the Maryland Institute College of Art. I'm a curious learner, focused on refining my craft and creating experiences that make a real difference in people's lives.
